Tip: Use Rich Text Documents
RTF documents with attachments (RTFD) are recognised, stored and displayed using the Cocoa libraries. Additionally, DEVONthink displays the name of the attached files below their icons. You can also drag pictures or other files embedded in the RTF document to other applications or open them in the default application by double-clicking them. For its own comparisons, DEVONthink skips the attached images, sounds, movies or other files and treats the rest of the document as pure text.
