Problems with Filter Services

If you are experiencing crashes after you have moved, renamed or deleted TextLightning, log out and in again to update the state of the Cocoa filter services. Otherwise, importing PDF files with TextLightning might crash (this also applies to other applications using services, for example TextEdit).
