Repair Inconsistencies

Run "Tools > Verify & Repair" from time to time to check the integrity and consistency of the database and repair found problems if possible. If this command should find errors, but fail to repair them, use "Tools > Rebuild Database" to recreate the complete database. This procedure exports all your documents to the file system, deletes the database, and re-imports the documents into a new database. Of course, this leaves all comments and other metadata intact.
